Good Monday everyone!

I’m back! I’m feeling better after our Christmas Covid, and fortunately we were able to celebrate with everyone during the first week of January instead. It felt good to spend some time with family.

Last week I shared my first post of 2024, which was my Top Ten Books of 2023. This was also the first post here where I shared our big news, that I’m currently pregnant and we are expecting our little boy for April! It still feels surreal for me, I’ll admit, but we are very excited to meet him.

And now, first mailbox of the year for me. As it’s been three weeks since the last one, this one is on the bigger side and contains mostly some books I bought with Christmas gift cards, as well as a few preorders. Lots of fantasy!

The Kingdom of Sweets by Erika Johansen – Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros – Blood Over Bright Haven by M. L. Wang

Sword Catcher by Cassandra Clare – Immortal Longings by Chloe Gong – The Unmaking of June Farrow by Adrienne Young

Emily Wilde’s Map of the Otherlands by Heather Fawcett – Ruthless Vows by Rebecca Ross

What did you add to your shelves this week?
