Top Ten Tuesday – Books on My Fall 2023 TBR

Join Top Ten Tuesday at That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week  a new Top Ten list theme is posted and all bloggers are welcome to participate!

It’s time for another seasonal list! The Fall TBR is the most exciting one for me, as this is the season where I read some of my favorite types of books : thrillers, fantasy, horror, and similar (of course, I do read them year-round, but this is the best season to read them, isn’t it?)

I did really good with my summer lists, reading 11 out of 12 books from my first list, and 7 out of 10 from my second one.

I had a hard time picking books for this list, as I want to read all the things. I wouln’t be suprised at all if a second list were to appear in the coming weeks! I would love to include both some unread books from past fall TBR and upcoming releases I plan on reading this fall (in particular Bookshops & Bonedust as well as the new Alix E. Harrow and the new YA novel by Ali Hazelwood).

One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig

Weyward by Emilia Hart

The Lake House by Sarah Beth Durst

Vampires of El Norte by Isabel Cañas

The Book That Wouldn’t Burn by Mark Lawrence

Good Bad Girl by Alice Feeney

Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros

Gone Tonight by Sarah Pekkanen

Dark Corners by Megan Goldin

Belladonna by Adalyn Grace

Entangled Life by Merlin Sheldrake

Episode Thirteen by Craig DiLouie

  1. Entangled Life is a book on my science potentials for next year! Hope you enjoy it.

  2. Entangled Life sounds amazing!

Here is my Top Ten Tuesday post.

  3. Though I haven’t read about it, I have been seeing Isabel Cañas’ book on some lists. That cover (and title!) does feel very fall-esque so it should be a great read if the story sounds good to the reader. And I heard so much about Rebecca’s on Instagram for a while. Hope you enjoy all of your upcoming reads, and thanks a bunch for visiting my website!

  4. I’ve seen The Empyrean books on so many lists today. It sounds like something I should check out!

  5. I hope you love Fourth Wing. I enjoyed listening to that one and am excited to read the sequel.

  6. I really like the look of One Dark Window! And Fourth Wing is one I really want to read, too. Fall is one of my favorite times of year for supernatural books and thrillers, too. Thanks for commenting on my blog earlier. 😀

  7. I’m excited for GOOD BAD GIRL too. It sounds super compelling! I hope we both love it.

    Happy TTT!

  8. This is the best time of year to read horror and thrillers!

I have Vampires of El Norte by Isabel Cañas on my list, too.

Hope we both enjoy reading our lists.
