Books on My Fall 2022 TBR – Part 2
Though I never complete my TBR lists, I always love making them – especially in the fall. As a reader who loves fantasy, horror and thrillers, and who is also a mood reader, selecting books for my fall TBR is always the hardest.
This year was no exception. As I compiled my fall TBR, I hemmed and hawed for a while and even though I added an extra 2 books to my “Top 10”, I couldn’t come up with a combination that felt completely satisfying.
So this year I am trying something new. I decided I would double the amount of books on my Fall TBR and see what happens. Instead of having 12 books I plan on reading, I’m making a top 24 of which I hope to read at least half. I think this will allow me to navigate my reading moods better while still having a plan in place – and I love having a good reading plan. Checking books off a list is incredibly satisfying!
So, here are my reading plans for fall :

12 more books on my fall TBR :
The Bone Orchard by Sara A. Mueller
Dead Silence by S. A. Barnes
Mary by Nat Cassidy
The It Girl by Ruth Ware
Furysong by Rosaria Munda
The Woman in the Library by Sulari Gentill
Slewfoot by Brom
The Death of Jane Lawrence by Caitlin Starling
A Dowry of Blood by S.T. Gibson
Legends & Lattes by Travis Baldree
What Moves the Dead by T. Kingfisher
They Drown Our Daughters by Katrina Monroe
And while not part of the list, I’d love to read the six fall 2021 books I didn’t get to read last year (as mentioned at the top of this post).
I hope you enjoy all these books. I haven’t read any of them, but I’ve heard of most of them.
