Good Monday everyone,

Hope your week was good!

I had a great reading week, with 6 books finished and a couple more on the way. I had a lot of housework and yardwork to do, so I completed a YA fantasy series on audio, and then I just found myself completely absorbed by the books I was reading. I was in a romance mood and every book I read was great, I couldn’t put them down. Book Lovers by Emily Henry was certainly the highlight of my week.

I have 8 books this week, which isn’t too bad considering how much reading I’ve done these past 7 days. This morning I finished reading Every Summer After and really, really enjoyed it. Also the cover is just so perfect to me! I’m also in the middle of An Honest Lie, it’s quite different from what I expected based on the summary, but I’m intrigued.

Breathless by Amy McCulloch – Every Summer After by Carley Fortune – An Honest Lie by Tarryn Fisher

Please Join Us by Catherine McKenzie (netgalley) – Brown Girls by Daphne Palasi Andreades – Wahala by Nikki May (library)

Cleopatra and Frankenstein by Coco Mellors – Assembly by Natasha Brown

What did you add to your shelves this week?
