Hello everyone,

Hope you had a good couple weeks! I’m having some medical tests done this week and I’m a bit nervous! So I’ve been reading as a distraction, mostly audiobooks.

I missed last week but I do have some new books this week – and they’re almost color coordinated! I find it very satisfying even though it doesn’t really adds more to the books themselves.

I have a good mix this week : a thriller, some historical romance and a contemporary YA. Certain Dark Things is urban fantasy with an interesting take on vampires; I read it this week and enjoyed it (though I still loved Mexican Gothic more). As for Everyone Knows Your Mother Is a Witch, I’m not 100% sure on the genre (historical fiction, and I think based on a true story). I haven’t heard much about it, but I loved the title and the story sounded like something I would enjoy.

We Were Never Here by Andrea Bartz Everyone Knows Your Mother Is a Witch by Rivka Galchen – Certain Dark Things by Silvia Moreno-Garcia

The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Erica Ridley Loveless by Alice Oseman- Portrait of a Scotsman by Evie Dunmore
