Good Monday everyone!

Hope you had a good week. Here it was quiet and busy, and I’ve been trying to keep myself distracted from the more stressful aspects of life with a lot of reading. The weather has been good for reading outside, too, which I always love.

I even managed to post my review for The Guest List (a small achievement if you think of how few reviews I’ve written this year!)

Here are the books I received this week, mostly thrillers, as well as books 2 & 3 of the Licanius trilogy (I read the first one last month and really enjoyed it.) I’ve also already read You Can’t Catch Me and it was a fun thriller, a perfect summer read.

Stay safe everyone! <3

Still Here by Amy Stuart – The Safe Place by Anna Downes – You Can’t Catch Me by Catherine McKenzie

The Last Flight by Julie Clark (audio) – An Echo of Things to Come and The Light of All That Falls by James Islington

What did you add to your shelves this week?

  1. The cover of The Safe Place draws me right in!

  2. Nice!! I think all the thrillers are on my TBR already and I’m excited to read them!! Ever since the pandemic started, thrillers are like all I feel like reading.

  3. The Safe Place is one I plan to read soon, too. Enjoy.

  4. Lots of good choices here for distraction. I’m glad you enjoyed You Can’t Catch Me.
I have been eyeing the Licanius trilogy. Enjoy your reading in doors and out!

  5. I hope you enjoy The Safe Place, which I am now reading…and I loved You Can’t Catch Me.

    Enjoy your week!
