Good Monday everyone!

Christmas is soon upon us and then, the end of the year. So fast every year! I have already started to compile my favorite reads of 2016, and I feel like it’s been a good reading year. A different one, but a good one. I’ve been thinking about what and when and how I read a lot, though I’m not sure where this thinking is leading yet.

And so, here we are with my last mailbox before the holidays! Lots of exciting reads. I’ve been feeling a bit historical lately (hence Victoria) and non-fiction (hence The Witches), but the one I’m the most intrigued about is The Wenjack. It’s a novella by the author of The Orenda, which I’ve been really tempted to read ever since it came out. I figured it would be a great way to try the author before the year ends, plus it just sounds really interesting.

  1. I love historical fiction and non-fiction too, so I like what you got in your mailbox. And I’m compiling my top 10 for 2016 too. Enjoy your new books!

  2. Your covers seem color-coordinated 🙂 I enjoyed Victoria but I think the Masterpiece production will be even better. I hope you love your new books!

  3. I’ve been eyeing Victoria for my mom. It looks like something she’d love.

  4. Enjoy your new books!

  5. I am eyeing The Best Kind of People…I added it on Goodreads…couldn’t find it on Amazon. Later, I presume.

Enjoy the holidays, and thanks for sharing.

    Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

  6. ENJOY your new books.

Have a wonderful week, and Merry Christmas!!
