Hello everyone!

It’s a snow day and it’s gorgeous outside! The snow is fluffy and white, and the weather is just cold enough. This is my favorite weather. Right now, I wouldn’t be anywhere else in the world. 🙂

It feels great too after the crazy work week I had. I spent most of the weekend finishing some projects and I did almost no reading this past week. This is so unusual to me! I plan on reading twice as much this week, ideally with a warm cup of coffee as I watch the snow fall.

Despite doing close to no reading I still added a few books to my shelves (I’m sure you’re all very surprised!), mostly on audio. The Passion of Dolssa is a  historical fiction taking place in what is now Provence in 1241, and it had been on my list for very long. For some reason, winter feels like the perfect time to read historical fiction. My Sister Rosa is about the brother of a teenage psycopath, and I’m so intrigued by its premise! I got The Shadow Queen on sale, and This is Our Story was one of my most waited for book this fall. I love a good YA thriller and this one sounds original.
