Welcome to Filling the Shelf, or as many of you know it, Mailbox Monday! If you’re interested in joining the fun or seeing what other bloggers added to their shelves, click away! (but beware, visiting other mailboxes will probably add to your neverending wishlist!)

Hello all and happy Monday!

Hope you all had a great week! This is a bit of an exciting one I believe, with the new Harry Potter story out on the shelves. Of course I would have loved to see it acted on the stage first, but if that ever happens (it probably won’t!), it won’t be for a long time. I’ve already read very mixed reviews about it, and I’ve been spoiled on most of the crucial elements of the story, so I’m going in with neither good or bad expectations. Mostly, I’m just excited to have a new Harry story!

I also look forward to finally be reading The Gunslinger. It’s been on my wishlist forever, before I even started the blog. With the movie coming next year, it’s time for me to finally see what it’s about! 🙂

  1. Where have I been that I didn’t know there was a new HP book?! I’ll have to ask my daughter if she knows about it. Have great week!

  2. I can’t decide if I want to read The Cursed Child or not. I hope you love it.

  3. I’ll get to the Cursed Child eventually but for some reason, I’m not as excited as I was during the first 7 books.

  4. The Storms of War and Wildwood look quite good.

ENJOY all of your books and your reading week.
