Filling the Shelf – 185

Filling the Shelf simply is Mailbox Monday, but with a title that suits my blog! If you’re interested in joining the fun or seeing what other bloggers added to their shelves, click away! (but beware, visiting other mailboxes will probably add to your neverending wishlist!)

Happy Monday all!

I hope you guys had a great week! Here the weather got colder fast, but on the bookish side things were good! I managed to post a review of Nova by Margaret Fortune (really enjoyed it!), but I also finished some interesting books! The first being the audiobook of You by Caroline Kepnes and it was CRAZY. Yes. I rarely make use of all caps, but this book deserves them ALL. I’ll try to come up with a review for it soon.

And one for House of Leaves, too, which I completed this week, finally! That too, was one crazy ride. CRAZY. With all caps, too! I quite liked it.

And finally, two new books added to the shelves. Rainbow Rowell’s Carry On, which scares me a little to be honest. I loved Fangirl, but this is a bit different, and I feel like it could go anywhere from really awesome to really aweful. Also got a copy of Black Widow: Forever Red. This is exciting! I’ve always thought Black Widow was an interesting Marvel character, so I’m hoping it’s as good as it looks!
