Filling the Shelf – 133

Filling the Shelf simply is Mailbox Monday, but with a title that suits my blog! If you’re interested in joining the fun or seeing what other bloggers added to their shelves, click away! (but beware, visiting other mailboxes will probably add to your neverending wishlist!)

Happy Monday everyone!

Small mailbox, on a theme of “I must read the previous books before I can get to these ones anyway!”

I did read The Shining, but it was years ago and in French, so I think I’ll reread it first. I am very excited about the new book though!

MaddAddam by Margaret Atwood – Doctor Sleep by Stephen King

What books did you recently add to you shelves?

  1. Wow, I love the cover on Maddaddam! Happy reading 🙂

  2. Enjoy your new books!

  3. I hope they exceed your expectations!

  4. Both look good. Happy reading 🙂

  5. Enjoy your new books! I like the look of Maddaddam, and I’ve been curious about Doctor Sleep.

  6. With Atwood and King you’ve got two very good, but controversial authors there! I didn’t really like The Handmaid’s Tale but that might be because I had to study it! I’m still waiting for the first opportunity to get to read some Stephen King, but I love all the movie adaptations!
Thanks for sharing 🙂 I hope you have a great week!

  7. still have Doctor Sleep on the shelf. Happy reading

  8. I want to read Doctor Sleep, but want to re-read The Shining first. I hope you enjoy both of your books!

  9. I preordered Maddaddam and still have not read it…

  10. ENJOY your books. Both are not my favorite authors. 🙂 🙂 Especially Stephen King. Too scary.

I am in the minority, though.

    Have a wonderful week.

  11. Two great authors this week. Doctor Sleep was very good but not as scary as The Shining.
