Filling the Shelf simply is Mailbox Monday, but with a title that suits my blog! If you’re interested in joining the fun or seeing what other bloggers added to their shelves, click away! (but beware, visiting other mailboxes will probably add to your neverending wishlist!)

Happy Monday readers!

How was your Valentine’s Day? Have you been as captivated by the Olympics as I have been? I don’t know what it is about them; on a normal day, I’m really, really not a sports fan, yet when the Olympics come around, I am glued to the tv. I love the variety of sports, seeing people from all around the world competing, there’s such a passion about it. My favorites are the snowboard and ski events, though speed skating and curling are close favorites! I’m sort of sad there’s only five days left!

The two books I added to my shelf this week both came from Netgalley. I have decided to slow down on requesting this year, but I was so thrilled to get galleys for both of these! Leila Howland’s Nantucket Blue was a favorite last year, so Nantucket Red was a must read for me. Also I have enjoyed Sarah Mlynowski’s books in the past, and this one looks quite  fun!
