Just a couple books this week, sequels to books I really enjoyed :
The Demon’s Surrender by Sarah Rees Brennan : The first book in the series was one of my favorites in my first blogging year, but I haven’t even read book 2 yet : I was waiting for book 3 to come out so I could read them together. Now that I have both, I am ready to do so!
Trial by Fire by Jennifer Lynn Barnes : I recently read and reviewed the first book, Raised by Wolves, and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to see what happens next!
Do you sense a theme? I love dystopia but I’m starting to wonder if I’m not about to get tired of it; so after those I’m thinking I’ll have to read a lot of something else.
What did you add to your shelves recently? Have you read one of these two books?

I still have to read Brennan’s books but I too enjoyed Barnes wolf series so rawr. Incidentally, Every Other Day by Barnes is awesomesauce as well!
I haven’t read anything else by Barnes but will definitely keep your recommendation on my mind! 🙂
