Also, while I have your attention, I would like to ask (again) for your patience when it comes to emails. I am really slow on a usual schedule, and the last few weeks have been hectic. I have over 100 emails to get through and I’m doing it as fast as I can. Sending me twice, or thrice (!!!!) the same email with rude comments on my slowness is NOT the good way to make me go faster! Think of me like a turtle : if you poke me with a stick, I won’t go faster, I’ll just retreat into my shell.
