Mailbox MondayMailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week, and is hosted by the Printed Page!

It is true! Two books have entered my home last week, and both were non fiction! I can’t remember the last time I read non-fiction apart from the reading for university. I am quite excited about both these books, I’m thinking of getting to them soon, maybe.

The Guinea Pig Diaries by A. J. Jacobs : I’ve been wanting to read one of Jacobs books for a while, and the bookstore had a super price for this one. I read a few pages and I knew I had to have it.

The Lady and the Panda by Vicki Constantine Croke : I love pandas (but who doesn’t?) The complete title says “The Lady and the Panda: The True Adventures of the First American Explorer to Bring Back China’s Most Exotic Animal. ” I think that sums it up quickly enough. Again, can’t wait to read it!

And you, what did you get this week?

  3. I’m really interested to see what you think about The Guinea Pig Diaries!

I’m most excited about Her Fearful Symmetry and The Graceling, but you can read my full post here : http://25hourbooks.wordpress.com/2009/11/07/in-my-mailbox-4
