The Bloggiesta continues!
Last Sunday, J.S. Peyton at Biblioaddict had her own Bloggiesta, a “Bloggiesta of One” as she named it (which cutely abbreviates to BOO!) This week, it became a Bloggiesta of Three as Save Ophelia and I joined too! It’s always nice to work on our blogs, but it’s even nicer to make in with great company π
Since I yesterday took a resolution to post less about “stuff” and more about reviews, I chose to not post about this Bloggiesta until I could post my wrap-up of things done and things left to do. So, here’s what (little) I accomplished yesterday :
- Clean up Goodreads account (erased many shelves, classified books that weren’t and erased a bunch of books that had nothing to do there!)
- I re-wrote my review forΒ The Foretelling by Alice Hoffman. Well, the review part is mostly the same, but I added a few opinions on other matters…
- Finished preparing new feature (which should alternate with the Artsy Shelf, in an effort to not clutter my blog with too many non-reviews books)
- Cleaned up tags for the blog
- Added all the blogs I had discovered during the bloggiesta to my GoogleReader (it’s a never-ending task)
Things I’d like to do next time (or soon) :
- Update Blogroll
- Write 14 reviews for the 14 books waiting on my desk
- Finish updating social networks accounts and libraries : Librarything, Goodreads, Book Blogs
- Prepare post for awards
So, I didn’t do much, but it’s coming together nicely. Hopefully I’ll get more done this week and next week! π
It’s never ending. Non-bloggers don’t realize how much work it is to maintain a blog. It looks like you accomplished a lot!
That’s quite a lot that you accomplished! It feels like a never ending task updating our various tracking sites. I keep wanting to open a Library Thing, but keeping up a GR is enough work as is!
Thank you for keeping me company during the BOT π
I think you did pretty good, everything takes time!!!
