Good Monday all,
Four new books on my shelf this week, but I have already made good progress with them. I listened to Jackal this week and actually reviewed it (surprising on my part nowadays). You can read my thoughts on it here, but overall, I thought this horror thriller was a lot of fun.
I then started listened to the latest book in the Finlay Donovan series. I had read the previous two as ebooks, but I felt like listening to this one and I’m really glad I did. I think the narrator does a great job with Finlay’s voice and the story is ridiculously fun.
I was also super happy when our copy of Tress arrived! We are both fans of Brandon Sanderson here so this was a much awaited arrival. I’m hoping to read it soon.

What did you add to your shelves this week?
Ooh I can’t wait to get my hands on the physical copy of Tress! I did listen to the audiobook in January but I’ve heard there are lovely illustrations throughout.
I love the Finlay Donovan series, and I’ve heard wonderful things about Anatomy of a Love Story
I liked the first Finlay Donovan book but haven’t read on in the series. I hope you enjoy it!

Reading “fun” books sounds good to me. Glad you are enjoying your books. I have several Sanderson titles I want to listen too, including the oldie, Mistborn.
