Welcome to Filling the Shelf, or as many of you know it, Mailbox Monday! If you’re interested in joining the fun or seeing what other bloggers added to their shelves, click away! (but beware, visiting other mailboxes will probably add to your neverending wishlist!)

Hey everyone!

Hope you had a good week. Our little lady (pictured here) is getting more comfortable in her new home and we are now able to sleep at night, which is greatly appreciated. She is doing good and we are slowly working on introducing her to our other cat. There’s been a bit of hissing through the pet gate but they are doing better with every new encounter.

Here are the books I added to my shelf this week, the first two being two of my most waited for releases this summer (The It Girl and Upgrade). I’m currently reading The Hollow Heart, sequel to The Midnight Lie, and it’s okay so far.

The It Girl by Ruth Ware – Upgrade by Blake Crouch

The Hollow Heart by Marie Rutkoski – Wrath Goddess Sing by Maya Deane

What did you add to your shelves this week?

  1. Your kitty looks so sweet. I’m glad she is settling in for you.
I’m seeing The It Girl around on the blogs. I’m thinking it will be good.
The others are new to me.
    Happy Reading.

  2. The It Girl is on my wish list.

  3. Well isn’t your new lady absolutely stunning! She looks so refined in that photo! I hope they both get along well soon 🙂 The Hollow Heart is new to me but looks super intriguing, so that one is definitely getting added to my TBR! I hope you have a lovely week and that you enjoy your new reads 🙂
