Top Ten Tuesday – Books on My Fall 2021 TBR

Join Top Ten Tuesday at That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week  a new Top Ten list theme is posted and all bloggers are welcome to participate!

Of the 10 books on my Summer List, I read 5. I’m kinda disappointed, because some of the books I didn’t read were ones I was really looking forward to, but it happens! I’m a mood reader and I had a difficult summer, so I ended up reading lots of other stuff that felt right at the time. And I enjoyed what I read, which is the ultimate goal, list or not.

And putting together the list is half the fun, right? 🙂

This fall list was so hard though! I had a list of 30 books I wanted to put on there. 30! In the end, I managed to get it down to 12 – close enough to 10 for me!

Here are the books I want to read this fall :

Gilded Wolves by Roshani Chokshi

Apples Never Fall by Liane Moriarty

Velvet Was the Night by Silvia Moreno-Garcia

The Once and Future Witches by Alix E. Harrow

For Your Own Good by Samantha Downing

House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland

Dune by Frank Herbert

The Southern Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires by Grady Hendrix

Dark Tides by Philippa Gregory

The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan

A Lesson in Vengeance by Victoria Lee

The Nature of Witches by Rachel Griffin

  2. Liane killed it again with Apples Never Fall. It’s long but SO worth it, I really liked it. I hope you enjoy all of these! Here’s my TTT if you’re interested: https://www.howdidthatbookend.com/fall-2021-tbr/

    • I am so happy to hear that! I haven’t read one of her books in a while and I’m really looking forward to it.

  3. A few years ago I listened to Dune on audio as I found my physical copy too big and intimidating 😀 From what I remember I liked it well enough though there was a lot of politics and characters to get my head around. Happy reading!
    My Autumn TBR.

    • It it definitely intimidating! I might try the audiobook if I have a hard time getting through it. But I usually enjoy politics so hopefully that will be true for this book too. Thanks for stopping by!

    • Same, I’m hoping I can read it before seeing the movie. Have a good week too!

  15. I really enjoyed The Gilded Wolves, I hope you do too! I also went quite off list from my Summer TBR as well, largely because I’ve mainly been feeling audiobooks this year and a lot of the books I had on the list, I had in either physical or e-book format.
