Top Ten Tuesday – Books on My Fall 2021 TBR

Of the 10 books on my Summer List, I read 5. I’m kinda disappointed, because some of the books I didn’t read were ones I was really looking forward to, but it happens! I’m a mood reader and I had a difficult summer, so I ended up reading lots of other stuff that felt right at the time. And I enjoyed what I read, which is the ultimate goal, list or not.
And putting together the list is half the fun, right? 🙂
This fall list was so hard though! I had a list of 30 books I wanted to put on there. 30! In the end, I managed to get it down to 12 – close enough to 10 for me!

I am so happy to hear that! I haven’t read one of her books in a while and I’m really looking forward to it.
A few years ago I listened to Dune on audio as I found my physical copy too big and intimidating 😀 From what I remember I liked it well enough though there was a lot of politics and characters to get my head around. Happy reading!

I did two lists because I’ve ALWAYS got books in the queue! APPLES NEVER FALL is a fun one. I loved it. I also really liked THE SOUTHERN BOOK CLUB’S GUIDE TO SLAYING VAMPIRES. Both will make excellent Fall reads. I hope you enjoy them and all the others on your list.

I enjoyed The Gilded Wolves but I definitely need to re-read it before I read the sequel! I also tossed up putting Dune on my list as well – also one I’ve never read and I want to see the movie.

I really enjoyed The Gilded Wolves, I hope you do too! I also went quite off list from my Summer TBR as well, largely because I’ve mainly been feeling audiobooks this year and a lot of the books I had on the list, I had in either physical or e-book format.
