Hello everyone,

Hope you all had a good week!

My bruised rib is much better this week after spending most of last week laying down and resting. Now I have a lot of work to do, but at least today I was able to take the time to answer last week’s comments and visit a few blogs.

We also got our appointments for our first vaccine shots coming up this Friday! I’m really glad.

And here are the books I added to my shelves this week. I already read The Heiress Gets a Duke and liked it, though it was lacking a little spark of something for me to truly love it. Lovely cover though!

Stay safe everyone! <3

The Beautiful Ones by Silvia Moreno-Garcia People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry

The Heiress Gets a Duke by Harper St. George The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave

What did you add to your shelves this week?

  1. Glad to hear your rib is improving. It’s a tough injury to come back from. Several years ago my husband bruised his from a fall on a city street (stepping off a curb). Adding to it all was we were on vacation in another state and had to fly home the following day. Not a comfortable flight.
I want to read all of your books! Enjoy!

    • Oh no, that must have been very painful for your husband! I can only imagine the pain of that flight. I’ve been doing slightly better but it’s so easy to pull one wrong move and prolong the pain. Thank you for stopping by 🙂

  2. I loved Silvia Moreno-Garcia’s last book. I hope you enjoy your books.

    • I loved it too! It definitely made me want to read more from her. Thank you for stopping by!

  3. I keep hearing good things about THE LAST THING HE TOLD ME.

Enjoy all of your books and your week.

    • I did read The Last Thing He Told Me this week and really enjoyed it! It had good pacing and was hard to put down. Thank you for stopping by!

  4. Ouch on the ribs. I’m glad to hear they are improving. I’ve seen People We Meet on Vacation around a bit lately. It sounds like a good read.

    • Yes, I’ve seen People We Meet on Vacation around a lot recently and already heard good things about it. Thank you for stopping by!

  5. I am glad you are feeling better… less pain.
I’ve seen The Last Thing He Told Me. It was on mu short list over the past few weeks.
Enjoy all of your new books.
    Happy Reading!

    • Thank you! Less pain is definitely better, hopefully it continues to be less and less painful.

I read The Last Thing He Told Me this week and really enjoyed it, I read it almost in one sitting!
