Top Ten Tuesday – YA Fantasy on my TBR list

I find that YA fantasy can be really hit or miss for me (more so than adult fantasy, where it seems I’m better at predicting whether I’ll enjoy a book – not sure why?), but nonetheless I still enjoy it immensely. It’s a genre I find great confort in, and I think we could all use a little confort right now.

I have several YA fantasy books waiting to be read on my shelves, but that doesn’t stop me from adding more to my TBR list! Here are some that are at the top of my list and that I’m hoping to read soon(ish). If you’ve read any of these, let me know what you thought!

Night Spinner by Addie Thorley – The Winter Duke by Claire Eliza Bartlett

(I’ve read Night Spinner is slightly inspired by The Hunchback of Notre Dame, which I find particularly intriguing!)

The Lady Rogue by Jenn Bennett –  Belle Révolte by Linsey Miller

(not gonna lie, because the covers are so similar, I thought these two books were one and the same for a short while, and was constantly confused trying to remember what the book was about!)

Blood Heir by Amélie Wen Zhao – The Guinevere Deception by Kiersten White

Crown of Feathers by Nicki Pay Preto – Reign the Earth by A. C. Gaughen

Crown of Coral and Pearl by Mara Rutherford – Frostblood by Elly Blake
