Good Monday everyone!

I’m just coming out of my cold (victory!), and while I haven’t posted on the blog all week, I did manage to do a lot of reading. We’ve had some nice weather for this time of the year, so I took some time to rest outside, enjoy the sun and get some reading and some work done.

This morning I started reading The Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware and I’m already more than halfway through it. I’m having such a hard time putting it down and I’m really not sure where things are going!

And now, the books I added to my shelves this week. It’s a good mix of thrillers and fantasy, audio and paper, and I’m looking forward to them all.

If We Were Villains by M.L. Rio – The Echo Killing by Christi Daugherti (audio) – Sawkill Girls by Claire Legrand

The Ten Thousand Doors of January by Alix E. Harrow – Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir – Emily Eternal by M.G. Wheaton (audio)

  1. I can’t wait for my copy of The Turn of the Key to get in! I’ve heard mixed reviews, but I’m looking forward to it all the same.

    • I can’t wait to see what you think about this one! I had a great time reading it but I can totally see why the reviews are so mixed. I should have a review for it soon because I need to write down my thoughts about it.

  2. I need to read more by Ware! Nice harvest. I got 3: https://wordsandpeace.com/2019/09/23/mailbox-monday-september-23-2019/
