Good Monday all,

Hope you all had a great week! Here it’s been a week of snowstorms and ice and rain. The landscape is beautiful but the roads, a little less. It’s the perfect weather to stay inside and read, of course.

I’m currently reading Nevermoor, added to my shelves this week, and I’m completely in love with it. I’m usually not a huge fan of middle grade but this one is super charming. I also finally received my copy of The Wicked King, which I can’t wait to read (and see whether fearies’ magic still has a hold on me). And I added some other interesting books too :

The Water Cure by Sophie Mackintosh (audio) – Freefall by Jessica Barry (audio)  – The Wicked King by Holly Black

The Strange Case of the Alchemist’s Daughter by Theodora Goss (audio) – Mirage by Somaiya Daud  – Nevermoor : The Trials of Morrigan Crow by Jessica Townsend

  1. I agree, the winter landscape is beautiful – especially if you don’t have to drive through it.
One of my GR friends gave Freefall 5 stars. I hope you enjoy it as well!

  2. Those all look so good. Enjoy! Stay warm.

  3. Those titles and covers are beautiful. I’ve been seeing Freefall all over the place. Thanks for sharing, and for visiting my blog. Have a great week.

  4. Nevermoor is still getting lots of rave reviews and I’d buy The Wicked King just for the cover. Hope you enjoy them all.

  5. Hope you are staying safe and warm with the snow and cold. Thanks to your post I added Freefall and Nevermoor to my Audible TBR. 🙂 Happy reading/listening!

  6. Stay warm and safe!!

We are going to get cold in Pittsburgh, but not like some places.

    FREEFALL is very good…ENJOY!!
