Good Monday everyone!

It’s September! And while it’s not officially fall yet, I’ve already had my first pumpkin spice latte so it feels like it already is, a little. The days have been shorter (sad) and cooler (good) and I’m ready for my favorite season.

Especially because fall is the perfect time of the year to read dark and mysterious novels filled with suspense and scary things. I’m actually planning on joining the R.I.P. challenge again this year. It’s one of my favorite online bookish activities, but I haven’t joined since 2015! I’ll be posting my reading list later this week.

And now, the books! It’s a huge one this week, but in my defense, it was my birthday. I might have treated myself to a few audiobooks too 🙂

The Cabin at the End of the World by Paul Tremblay – Bad Mommy by Tarryn Fisher (audio)

Sky in the Deep by Adrienne Young – The Cheerleaders by Kara Thomas – Grace and Fury by Tracy Banghart

Pieces of Her by Karin Slaughter (audio) – Lifel1k3 by Jay Kristoff

Forest of a Thousand Lanterns by Julie C. Dao – Orphan Monster Spy by Matt Killeen (audio) – Jade City by Fonda Lee (audio)

What books did you recently add to your shelves?
