Welcome to Filling the Shelf, or as many of you know it, Mailbox Monday! If you’re interested in joining the fun or seeing what other bloggers added to their shelves, click away! (but beware, visiting other mailboxes will probably add to your neverending wishlist!)

Hello readers,

Hope you all had a great week. Here we had plenty of sunshine and our grass started to grow! It’s still tiny and needs lots (LOTS) of water, but there’s more and more every day.

This week I also added a few books to my shelves, and I’m quite happy with the selection. I’ve heard great things about The Kiss Quotient and Leah on the Offbeat, and I think they’ll do perfect summer reads.

I also found a very discounted copy of The Necklace, which I’d noticed before but was hesitant to buy. I’m a third of the way in and I’m enjoying it so far – unlike Guilt. I was so excited for this thriller and while I did read it super fast, it really didn’t work for me. I’m curious to know if others have read it? If so, I’d love to know your thoughts, positive or negative!

The Necklace by Claire McMillan – The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang

Lean on the Offbeat by Becky Albertalli – Guilt by Amanda Robson

What books did you recently add to your shelves?
