Welcome to Filling the Shelf, or as many of you know it, Mailbox Monday! If you’re interested in joining the fun or seeing what other bloggers added to their shelves, click away! (but beware, visiting other mailboxes will probably add to your neverending wishlist!)

Good Monday everyone!

Hope you all had an excellent week! Here we had a beautiful week covered in snow – which, you all know by now, I absolutely enjoy. Probably the last of the season, too, so I tried to enjoy it as much as I could by taking walks, doing a bit of shoveling, and reading and working by the window. Everything was white and quiet and I loved it.

And I have a small mailbox this week! Two very different books : The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah, and Winter Tide by Ruthanna Emrys, a fantasy novel I’ve been eyeing for a while and was lucky to find on the bargain shelf. Winter Tide has such a pretty cover, but the story sounds so weird and interesting (I do enjoy all things Cthulhu!)
