Good Monday everyone!

Hope you had a great summer week! I’m feeling all happy and well rested after the Man and I got to spend a few days in the woods last week! We rented a cabin in a lovely location for the occasion. It was small (but perfect for two) and candlelit, and we ate lots of grilled sausages and s’mores. We had rain almost every day, but it didn’t stop us from exploring when the rain quieted down. It was so much fun! The place was quiet and the air smelled good. It’s amazing to discover such enchanting spaces this close to home. We certainly want to go back!

I took lots of pictures while there of course, both on my phone and my camera. I made a set of my instagram shots; the very last one is the cabin where we stayed (click on the set to see it a little bigger!) Isn’t it charming?

Another week, another batch of new books! This never gets old, does it?

2 paperbacks and 2 ebooks. Beautiful Ruins and September Girls had been on my wishlist for a while, so I’m looking forward to cracking them open.
