Filling the Shelf – 164

Filling the Shelf simply is Mailbox Monday, but with a title that suits my blog! If you’re interested in joining the fun or seeing what other bloggers added to their shelves, click away! (but beware, visiting other mailboxes will probably add to your neverending wishlist!)

Hello again dear readers!

How was your week? Mine was sort of slow going in terms or reading and blogging; but I did finish listening to Truman Capote’s Breakfast at Tiffany’s – and I loved it! I don’t know why I hadn’t read it before, but it was a mesmerizing experience, and I now count the book amongst my favorites. Especially with it being read by Michael C. Hall, whom I adore!

Other than that, I added a bunch of audiobooks to my audio-shelf! I’ve been in a thriller/suspense mood lately, which explains the last few mailboxes; and since it’s one of my most frequent reading moods, I don’t feel too bad about hoarding quantities of them.

  1. Those first 4 look great (I’ve read the last too, not deliberately leaving them out!). Hope you love them all!

  2. I’ve read some good reviews for The Bullet. Hope you enjoy it and all of your new books!

  3. I received Monday’s Lie & The First Wife too. Enjoy!

  4. Ooh, I loved Crazy for You and In the Blood…both set in that creepy town, The Hollows…LOL.

The First Wife was enjoyable to me, too. Hope you love all of your books…and thanks for sharing.

    Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

  5. They all look so good, it’ll be tough to decide which one to start with.

  6. I liked the Breakfast at Tiffany’s audio too, and I like this audio kick that you’re in 🙂 I do like a good thriller though I’m not very well-read in that category. Will look to you for some recs! All your new books look fantastic. Happy reading/listening!

  7. All those are new to me. The First Wife and The Bullet sounds particularly interesting. Happy reading and happy easter!

  8. In the Blood was creepy good. Now I’m looking forward to reading Crazy Love You.

  9. I will be looking to see what you think of ONE STEP TOO FAR. It was good but a bit confusing for me.

    I like Lisa Unger.

    Monday’s Lie looks good too.

ENJOY all of your books and your reading week. Hope it is a good one.
