Ubud, Bali, April 2014

Winter is getting to me this year, and these past days, I have been finding solace in memories of our past travels. With its warm weather and striking colors, Bali has definitely been at the top of the list!

In Ubud, on the day we went to the Monkey Forest, we stopped by a small touristy restaurant to have some fresh juice and a lunch. The best part of that lunch though, was the colorful view we had on the rice fields!

  1. Gorgeous photos – I wish I were there right now!

    • Ha! So do I! 😀

  2. Such beautiful, vibrant colors — definitely looks like a great stop for lunch! I have a friend going to Bali in March . . . can’t wait to hear about her adventures!

    • Oh! I’m hoping your friend will have as great a time as we did; the people were extremely nice and everything was so colorful!

  3. Wow. Just breathtaking! I would love to visit there. Or maybe I will just pack up and move!

    • And I feel the pictures can’t do the place justice; I’d definitely pack up and move there – at least for the winter! 🙂

  4. Absolutely gorgeous pictures. So impressive. I can understand wanting to stare at that view all day long.
