Sunday Salon : The Week of (almost) no Reading

The Sunday Salon.comGood day fellow bloggers!

As of right now, many of you have spent 24 hours up reading, or close to, and probably look something like this. Or maybe you’re confused like this! Anyway, I’m sure you had lots of fun!

Sadly I couldn’t participate this year, except for a little cheering, since I have been swallowed by the Uni monster : with three papers and three tests coming in the next week, it would have been very unwise of me to participate! I did pick a date for my own little read-a-thon, and if everything goes according to plan, it should be on November 12th.

This also means that I finished a total of one book this! One!! It was The Maze Runner by James Dashner, and it was an okay read. I have made some little progress with Fahrenheit 451, but I had a hard time wrapping my mind around it with all the studying, so instead I mostly read Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld, which is the perfect escape for the 5 minutes I manage to read before sleeping at night!

I did managed to post some reviews that I had written previously (except for The Maze Runner) :

I already have a bunch of posts written for this week, but I fear I won’t have much time for replying back and commenting this week! Time was already rare in the last few weeks, but this one I really need to put my mind on studying. I’m already having a hard time with my reader, there are blogs I haven’t visited in weeks! 🙁 I’m so sorry for that, I’ll really try hard to go by your place soon!

Have a great Sunday everyone! 😀
